Each general admission ticket gives you the full Water Lantern Festival experience, including:

A floating lantern kit (lantern, tea light and marker)

Is the event suitable for children and families?
Absolutely! The Lantern Festival is designed as a family-friendly event for all ages. Children under 5 are free, and the peaceful, inspiring atmosphere makes it a wonderful outing for families, friends, and groups. It will be an evening you'll cherish together and never forget.
Can I bring my own food and/or drinks?
You're not allowed to bring your own food or drinks to the festival. Don't worry—there will be plenty of delicious options available at local food trucks and stalls, so you can enjoy yourself during the event.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable unless you have purchased Ticket Protection.
We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. We understand that plans can change, so we offer Ticket Protection for added peace of mind. Without Ticket Protection, tickets are not eligible for a full refund in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Our events are designed to go ahead, rain or shine. Your safety and enjoyment are always our top priority, so we work closely with the city and venue to monitor the situation.
If the weather becomes unsafe or local authorities advise otherwise, the event may be postponed to a later date. In that case, we will notify you immediately by email and share updates on our website and social media channels.
What time should I arrive and how long does the event last?
The festival usually begins about three hours before sunset, with plenty of activities, food, and entertainment to enjoy before the lantern launch. We recommend arriving at least an hour before sunset so you don't miss anything.
The lantern launching event usually begins at sunset and lasts 1–2 hours, giving everyone the chance to float their lantern on the water at their own pace.

Will the lanterns be put away after the event?
Yes! After the festival, our team carefully collects all the lanterns to ensure no litter is left behind. We are deeply committed to protecting the environment and leave every location better than we found it.

Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, but for the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you leave them at home. Assistance dogs are welcome but must be leashed or properly controlled at all times. Please also clean up after them to ensure a pleasant festival for everyone.
